About
A crew matrix and vault, built in Northern Ireland
Small UK crews lose jobs when Gas Safe, CSCS, insurance, MOT or PAT slip past unnoticed. Spreadsheets get ignored. Paper lives in the van. CertPing is the crew matrix, the vault, and a coloured email before Monday — not a job suite, not a site diary.
Why it exists
Main contractors want proof. Your lads need tickets on file. MOT and public liability sit in the same mental pile as CSCS — but they expire on different dates and nobody opens the spreadsheet on a Friday. CertPing puts people × tickets on one grid, keeps the PDF findable, and pings you while there is still time to book the course.
Who built it
I’m Phil Stone . I sell stone by day and build software for trade problems I’ve actually hit — STOCut, DupeStack, Todayworks. Todayworks is what happened on site. CertPing is the other Monday-morning failure: the card or the insurance that lapsed while the paper sat in the glovebox.
What you get
- Matrix — who’s in date, due, expired or missing; MOT and insurance on the same page
- Vault — PDF or photo on the record, not a WhatsApp scroll
- Reminders — email at 90 / 60 / 30, then more often; daily after it lapses until you fix the date
- Contractor pack — who’s in date today, print or PDF for the main contractor
Tick only the cert types this company tracks. CSV in and out if you are leaving a spreadsheet. Duo 14-day trial · Crew 7-day trial — no card. Details on Help and Pricing.
What it is not
No quoting, invoicing, site diary, RAMS library, training LMS, or CSCS applications. Compare shows where a job suite or H&S membership still wins those jobs. You stay responsible for keeping tickets in date — CertPing reminds you; it is not legal advice.
